The morning was spent flying as safety pilot for some instrument approaches. It was a beautiful day for flying, glad I wasn’t under a hood!
After that was done, it was to the Garaggio to work. Greg and I got the cowl and landing brake prep sanded for micro application. In addition, the seam forms for the forward edge of the lower cowl were tweaked and waxed. It took a bit of time to get the micro applied, but at last, I have a white cowl and landing brake. Can’t wait to uncover the curves below the frosting. One more day in the shop before going back to work.
