I am supposed to be at work right now. But due to a lengthy mechanical delay last night, my work schedule was changed, and I am home over a day early. What to do with the extra time? Well, I had some computer based training I worked on, but I also got some shop time in today. 🙂
With only a little time, I prep sanded the left gear to fuselage fairing area and added pour foam.
Then I shaped the foam to an increasing radius fairing from the max thickness of the gear bow aft. I think it ha turned out pretty well. Not bad for an hours work. Tomorrow I will get the right side foam shaped and glass the outboard sides of each.
